I wouldn't take that detour at night.
meohmy 5/29/2014 11:28:13 PM Report

It was a bad drive on 546.... road is in poor shape including lots of sand on the road and transports coming from the south made the drive dangerous. The highway is very narrow and curvy... I thought the detour was for passenger vehicles only? Poor idea for an 'official' detour.

what confusing description on location!!Since 108@17 has nothing to do with 129

MYPOINT 5/30/2014 12:53:04 PM Report

My condolences and sympathies go out to the families of anyone hurt or killed in this latest accident.

I just wonder if this accident would have happened in the first place if the highway had been 4 -laned?

Maybe now those who dissed my idea of the Government 4-laning the entire Trans Canada Highway can ask themselves this question "Which is the true higher cost, billions of dollars, or someone's life ... especially if it was a member of YOUR family who died in this senseless accident?" I think they know the right answer already!

The above is only MY opinion :)
