Check out the local meth dealers houses...
I'm In 5/17/2014 8:43:08 PM Report

From that picture, she needs lots of help
Powerwise 5/17/2014 9:01:51 PM Report

Wow, an obese meth addict?!?!?! That's rather bizarre, I would think.
irishfey 5/17/2014 9:02:25 PM Report

Behave!!!.. She might need help!!
hodedo68 5/17/2014 9:07:51 PM Report

Nice comments people! She is a human and obviously someone is concerned for her well being! your comments are rude and uncalled for! get a life!
Jess22 5/17/2014 9:09:02 PM Report

Yes she does need help, and clearly the negative comments regarding this picture are not going to help locate her. So quick to judge and comment yet so little care and concern that someone is considered "missing" Clearly she isn't where she should be and someone is concerned about her well being...Hope she is found safe.. even if "safe" isn't in a place that any of you nor myself would be in!!!
Powerwise 5/17/2014 9:17:51 PM Report

hodedo, she's a human, that much is clear. But in how many ways can she be labelled?

Nobody here is suggesting she may be a meth-addicted tern, ocelot or some other lesser creature.

She is a primate just as we are.
Jess22 5/17/2014 9:29:55 PM Report

But you Powerwise were the one that labelled and made reference to a meth addict... so why wouldn't someone comment on your post?!?!?!?!
Norm 5/17/2014 9:32:13 PM Report

Don't like to say too much, but one can tell the bloggers that either never read a bible or haven't entered a gospel teaching church since who knows when. One human is equal to another no matter what sad or happy state they happen to be in.
Jess22 5/17/2014 9:35:11 PM Report

I don't even know why I even responded to this..if anyone knows where she is please just contact the police!! Have a goodnight everyone.. and please try and be civil. You never know who might be reading these comments!
Powerwise 5/17/2014 9:40:10 PM Report

Norm, the bible is a horrific piece of work, and that's being courteous.
Rockin 5/17/2014 9:42:22 PM Report

Wow, I am at my Ma's place and brought this article up just now (9:39pm) and Ma was about to head to bed.

When Ma saw this see stopped dead in her tracks staring at the picture and was whispering OMG omg...what is her picture doing on there omg what happened to her it looks like she's been beaten up!
I scrolled up and she read missing then slightly took some breaths and said omg that poor girl! She is so beautiful you know...she will look so beautiful omg she looks so beautiful.

There ya go...angels all around you!
Rockin 5/17/2014 9:49:14 PM Report

You know what I find odd is the whole bible thing like this...I'm no walking religious brainstorm nor did I think I will or ever become more than I am now.

However, in my glimpses of some paragraphs I've kept to my own I have used them at deadly times in the course of my walk here on earths soil and there were hairy moments here and there!
Now because I used them I'm not stating that I am this nor that or or or...Just that I can relate to a bible thing though and that ALWAYS gets bashed regardless.
Because Norm stated that what he said do you honestly think you needed to say that Powerwise!
Given a dark moment if you've had one do you not think you just might have a millisecond ponder of heaven or hell?
right wing 5/17/2014 9:49:51 PM Report

There by the grace of God go I.

Some of you out there should hang your head in shame for what you have posted.
Do you look in the mirror, so what do you see.....

Powerwise 5/17/2014 10:03:52 PM Report

Rockin', you're just cherrypicking: you're using the bits which appeal to you while ignoring the ugly bits.
Powerwise 5/17/2014 10:08:51 PM Report

I find it absolutely HILARIOUS that the same people who are clamouring for second chances are the same ones who claim to worship an imaginary deity who will gleefully banish you to hell for a literal eternity for the most frivolous reasons conceivable.

Think about it: INFINITE suffering for the minor act of failing to drop to the ground and worship some random middle-eastern goat-herder who has managed to provide only scant evidence for his existence.

You morons really have your priorities mixed up.
Rockin 5/17/2014 10:17:13 PM Report

I'm glad knowing my term is cherry picking so that I'll keep to myself when I wonder what I am.
What I do know is that I know none the least and I'm happy for that.
Powerwise 5/17/2014 10:28:55 PM Report

"Given a dark moment if you've had one do you not think you just might have a millisecond ponder of heaven or hell?"

So, while we're on the topic of hell, why not consider just what hell is and, most importantly, just what gets you sent there?

Have you ever considered the fact that your cherished religion, untouchable as it has been all of these years, might just be substantially MORE offensive than any of the silly comments posted on this stupid website?

You worship a God whose policies in every way defy the very essence of the modern liberal democracy you enjoy, and whose actions, allegedly documented in your beloved holy text, ought to compel you to abject revulsion.
Bach 5/17/2014 10:53:20 PM Report

I was at a party roughly 5 years ago, speaking like Powerwise. Then someone asked me if I'd ever taken up my views with the god of the bible himself. I said no. They just smiled.
I don't go to a building once a week. But I did do business with God and he showed up and just wrecked me (in a good way). Turns out the bible says that deep down we all hate God. But he is real. Good luck.
Rachel01 5/17/2014 11:20:07 PM Report

Serious...she's 34 and obviously can't care for herself. She is merely a product of her mind. I pray she doesnt drive !!!
hodedo68 5/17/2014 11:41:35 PM Report

Powerwise....what did "I" say about meth etc. I'd love to meet you person. I'll be in town tomorrow!
Mike58 5/18/2014 12:55:55 AM Report

I like the part in the Bible where it says ""A fool has said in his heart, "there is no God". FOOL !!!
Rockin 5/18/2014 3:32:22 AM Report

Can the girl or someone whom personally knows this girl post some words on how your doing! Sounds really personal in a request however some are curious about you /her.

Then again comments can be used for or against so disregard and know thoughts are your way. Please.. grow your hair back cause you do look nice... Trust yourself inside and go forward young lady... You can do it.
Mr. Poster 5/18/2014 7:21:08 AM Report

There are some pretty disgusting comments being made on a very serious situation.THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO BE POKING FUN AT SOMEONE NONE OF YOU KNOW.
highway1 5/18/2014 9:04:13 AM Report

As long as a human being believes he/she has all the answers in their limited carnal capabilities, the Creator will never be comprehended.
Small mindedness will keep one separated from the Power that created the universe and all things in it.
irishfey 5/18/2014 10:00:53 AM Report

A big thanks to all the folks that stood up for God. HE dosn't really need us, but loves us... but boy do we need Him! People will find that out sooner or later. I feel sorry for those that do not believe, wouldn't want to be in your shoes!..... Good post cupcake :)
iamtc 5/18/2014 11:06:28 AM Report

To all Don't worry I would be probably lmfao if I seen pictures of people commenting rudley about this girls pic grow up.

bigG47 5/18/2014 12:31:36 PM Report

Does anybody proof read anymore? To make the odd mistake is to be human, but reading some of these posts, is like trying to decipher a code! They are sometimes interesting and enlightening, but most of the time, they are just 'verbal diahrea', and they do directly reflect your intelligence, or lack thereof.

There is an old saying, " it is better to be silent, and be thought a fool, than to speak out, and remove all doubt".
Gurpy 5/18/2014 1:37:35 PM Report

I wasn`t going to say anything but, my tongue is bleeding!
The comments and attacks on posters mentioning the bible, church, God etc are mind blowing to say the least!
Since when have these topics become the diseases of society?
I believe this country of ours was founded on Christian principles was it not?
If we were to experience misfortune in the way of a tornado or earthquake, I`m talking about losing everything, staring at what use to be your home or city, who would you blame? God right? Who would you call out to for help while trapped in your car, basement etc? GOD!
He is real and He gets the blame for everything! You don`t want Him in your life but you certainly expect to have His protection when trouble hits! Think about it!
And for the record.....if I were God, I`d tell all of you to take a flying leap! He`s merciful! I`m not!!
Frio 5/18/2014 3:48:15 PM Report

Question.. Why do people who profess faith in god and the everlasting, fantastic afterlife promoted by religions seem so resistant to dying while here on earth? Why do these "believers" go to see doctors, subject themselves to all manner of medical interventions, suffer for many days, even years instead of welcoming the first chance to go to enjoy the all the supposed benefits a quick death would entitle them to? And don't give the old excuses that they have unfinished business here on earth, or its not their "time" yet.
ThinkAgain 5/18/2014 3:57:48 PM Report

C.Martin has taken the 3 day weekend obviously, comments have yet to be deleted
Gurpy 5/18/2014 4:57:29 PM Report

Frio
Someone once said that Christians are like ice-cream. They come in all different flavors. That person summed it up in a nut shell. Some believe that medical intervention is acceptable while others would disagree. I personally believe if someone is terminal, prolonging misery should be avoided at all costs. If someone is so certain as to where they will be spending eternity then, death should not be scary. Everybody is different no matter what they believe.

Poor Gal. My heart goes out to her.
sunnie 5/19/2014 3:37:26 AM Report

How did a story about a missing woman end up trashing our father?
I have a profound belief in prayer. There is nothing... & I repeat.. Nothing that any of you Ignoramuses can say that will sway that which is in my heart.
I am so happy to hear that she is alright and safe in the arms of people that care.
It really does sadden me to hear some of the comments that are posted on here from time to time.
Thankfully I know my true heart and I live by my own beliefs and morals.
blackspruce 5/19/2014 2:19:01 PM Report

As a father who has two daughters I cringe every time I hear of a missing girl. I am so glad they found her and if she needs help hopefully she can get it. Unfortunately comments from arrogant individuals like power wise make it on this site. I actually noticed the comments from this individual are neither intelligent or wise.

Dear Miss Gwendolen,

I love you and miss you very much, and wish you could only remember the days you were a track star, and honor student. I've been missing you, my best-friend, for 12 years. Only a true miracle will ever bring you back. We love you still,

Your Family
XOXO

OMG. I've read and re-read this thread, mostly as an excercise to attempt to to understand the ridiculousness of human nature & would like to point out a couple of obvious points. 1. Powerwise was not the originator of the 'meth-addict comment. Redneck was. 2. Nor was he/she the initiator of the God/Bible debate. 3. An opinion was voiced in an articulate and intelligent way that was apropos of the already in progress conversation. 4. That opinion offended people and the very people accusing others of rudeness and intolerance became verbally abusive and in one case threatening. Does anyone else not see the hypocrisy here? Compassion & Christian tolerance only seem to apply until your own toes are stepped on.
