The passenger of the motor vehicle was eventually identified as a Cindy Morrissette, age 34 of St. Georges Avenue West.

It was discovered that Morrisette had three outstanding warrants for her arrest.

A motor vehicle collision involving a city transit bus and a second car is under investigation today after police attended Douglas St. and Third Avenue at 2:25 p.m. today.

No one on the bus was injured and the driver of the second vehicle was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Traffic Services is investigating at this time.

**************************
At approximately 7:26 this morning, officers attended a motor vehicle collision on Trunk Road at Boundary Rd. involving two vehicles.

The driver of the westbound vehicle left the scene on foot and began walking on the train tracks westbound.

The driver was apprehended and arrested by police and transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

It is alleged that 27-year-old Yolanda Trudeau of Ferguson Avenue had care and control of a motor vehicle while her ability to do so was impaired.

Subsequent tests also incurred a charge of having care and control having exceeded the legal limit of alcohol in her blood.

It is alleged that the vehicle driven by Trudeau proceeded westbound on Trunk Rd. through a red light at Boundary Rd. and struck a second vehicle turning eastbound from Boundary to Trunk.

The second vehicle, a truck towing a trailer, sustained major damage to the trailer and two ATV’s it was carrying.

The driver and passenger were not injured.

Cindy Morrissette-- she will be out on bail. Only a matter of time before she maims or kills someone.

Sad state of affairs.

Wow, Yolanda Trudeau.... 4 kids at home and you are drinking and driving at 7:30am. What a piece of work you are. That was a good buddy of mine you hit and ran from. Could have killed him. What if it was one of your kids that someone drinking and driving hit. Think of that next tome you idiot.

@ROLAND_ROLLY I guess you've never been in/through the legal system before... no Justice of the peace will allow bail for a breach especially of this nature. I'd eat my hat if one did

About this Yolanda....disgusting is the only words that come to mind.....those people in the truck are extremely lucky to be alive and the story the police gave is not correct....police did not arrest this DRUNK at first.........I witness a guy jump into his big suv and chase down the drunk up the train tracks...going off roading if you will to get this DRUNK YOLANDA...She was hitting and trying to bite him to get away....There is actual VIDEO FOOTAGE of this by way of vehicle digital recorder(dash cam) in the suv that shows seconds after the initial collision and this guy trying to find and lend help to the victims but the best part is her intoxication and her being caught by this guy under a citizens arrest prior to police showing up 20 minutes later...she was about 1000 meters down the train tracks...If it wasnt for this guy who put himself in harms way she would of simply ran down the tracks and hid until she wasnt trunk anymore..When he chased her down he told me that she was so drunk and that he was unsure if she had a weapon like a knife or a gun and if he would be injured himself by this drunk!!...I saw the footage and the police are to get a copy shortly.....YOLANDA YOU SHOULD BE EMBARASSED.....AND YOU HAVE CHILDREN?....OMG...AT 7:30 AM COMPLETELY BOMBED.....I AM SURE NO ONE WAS WATCHING THE CHILDREM....WHERE IS FAMILY SERVICES DURING ALL OF THIS?.....SHE SHOULD HAVE THOSE KIDS TAKEN AWAY!!!!!!HER DRIVERS LICENSE TAKEN AWAY FOREVER!!....STAY OFF OUR ROADS YOU DRUNK!
