Exactly!
superior87 5/8/2014 10:38:03 AM Report

Why do you care if she appears or not? Doesn't affect you at all, and it's the same risk to any person who doesn't appear. Same mindless BS on every news story about a crime.
Hatch 5/8/2014 10:44:35 AM Report

@superior87

Relax....there's humour in this for some. She was charged with failing to appear for prints. She was then released with the expectation she'll appear to answer to the most recent charge.
Powerwise 5/8/2014 11:42:04 AM Report

Gladue considerations.
vaLx23 5/8/2014 11:48:32 AM Report

There is no street named batchewana in garden river. The road in front of Noels is Frontenac. And that reserve is Rankin/batchewana get your locations right.
Tag33&1/3rd 5/8/2014 1:54:02 PM Report

@Hatch -thats what I meant too. Its part of the deal being released with the responsibility of coming back for prints! I think if one disregards that deal then he/she shouldn't be trusted to return again. (they should be held at least a couple days)--then maybe they would take things seriously.
asp 5/8/2014 1:54:32 PM Report

Oh Relax !! It doesn't matter what race they are, it's always the same story with criminal. They have no respect for law or anyone else.
Prrrrrrr 5/8/2014 2:07:05 PM Report

lol...I guess she gave the wrong address!
unluckyone 5/8/2014 2:32:10 PM Report

Everyone should get their facts straight... there is definitely a Batchewana St in Rankin... between Frontenac and Gran St right by Noels... look it up!!!!
Christina216 5/8/2014 5:10:31 PM Report

yes there is a Batchewanna St. in RANKIN not GARDEN RIVER..previous poster does have their facts straight.
