Would you play golf with a person who cheats, kicks their ball into better position, lies on their score card? Well neither will she so I don't stand a chance of getting a game with her.

I wonder if she will wear her Kinross The Oaks jacket for the tournament again. She should get a Grand Traverse Mall Golf Visor and maybe get Boyne on her golf bag too.

Since when has she been anointed "Mayor Debbie"? The moniker may be cute, but it disrespects the position. She may welcome the moniker, but she should respect the position of Mayor of our city and request to be referred to a Mayor Amaroso. If the moniker was fabricated by SooToday, they too should show respect for the position. When I pay $5000 in taxes, I would like the person's position who spends those dollars to have some class.

Good heavens, cut our mayor some slack.It is a charity event for a good cause.

Who ever plays with her better be sure to give her all the credit for the score or else she will get joe to embarrass himself and the whole council in the press.

@flyhawk
I agree! The same bickering takes place every time our Mayor does something charitable, like the money she raised for Christmas to get turkeys for the needy. I think the hate mongers also hate themselves & everyone else on the planet. I bet if there was a vote on our Mayors breathing habits, she's likely doing that wrong too!
Life...time to get one!!!

Only 5 grand number one son . I wish my taxes were so little. Btw I could less if the call her Mayor Deb or Mayor Debbie ...lol
Sam C 4/21/2014 8:00:08 PM Report

Number one... she has been called that since she became Mayor, as far as I know. I fail to see the problem.

Maybe we should go back to the formal "Your Worhsip", or perhaps we could adopt the British style "Lord Mayor".
