Errr, Ummm, How do you get arrested at a remand and treatment centre and then go to bail court??? There appears to be some badly wrong with our justice system, someone and I am not sure who is making a lot of money on how it is administered somewhere along the line..

Because the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms states that everyone has a right to bail. It does not mean he will get bail and seeing as he was already in jail he will probably be denied.
