The victim attended at a neighbor’s residence, who was an off duty police officer, and told him of the incident.

At this time the suspect returned to the area and attended at the neighbours address where the victim was.

The off duty officer noted that the suspect had apparel on which had gang associated insignia.

A female, who was in a vehicle, waiting for the suspect, also threatened the victims.

The police were immediately called and the suspects left in a car.

The suspect lost control of the vehicle in the area of Gibbs Street and Eastern Avenue and the vehicle ended up in a snow bank.

The male fled the car on foot.

The female was apprehended by officers at the vehicle and taken into custody.

At the time of the arrest the female had Percocet on her.
