Sounds like some poor soul off his meds. Obviously there is not enough government help for these people. What would happen if someone got close enough for a hammer blow? Jail time is not the answer for someone in need of dire aid for mental illness. It could happen to any of us......then again ...on second thought...he could be high as a kite.

"he could be high as a kite"

If you are thinking this person was mood altered, my money would be on alcohol. I've been around people who were high and also people drunk, the only violent ones were the drunks...

Another common name in trouble. Instead of probation and endangering the community the judges should send this character for proper help. But there is no money in it for the judges and lawyers so they will just keep slapping his wrists

@ Steelworker, I believe you took the hammer and hit the nail right on the head.

Typical day on Albert.
You do not need a TV on that street, just pull up a seat to a window and lay back.
