"Released", but of course he will, it's a revolving door.

Don't they have a punch card system yet? After your 10th arrest you get a free acquittal?
asp 3/10/2014 9:40:40 AM Report

Another perfect example of a bad juctice system. This isn't the first time I've seen this guy name on this site. Come on judge put him away in prison, not in the treatment centre where nothing really happens. The treatment center is a joke. Judge stop wasting our tax dollars.
Beej 3/10/2014 9:58:50 AM Report

This guy has a rap sheet a mile long, do you get acquittals on your 20th, 30th arrests, too??!!
welcome2 3/10/2014 10:15:07 AM Report

there is absolutely nothing that ticks me off worse as a law abiding, tax paying citizen, than to read the same names over and over in police reports..it's almost like there is some kind of prize awarded to the person who can get their name listed most often. There are many other places that our tax dollars could be spent that would be far greater benefit to those of us footing the bill for these losers.

========================================

That's a improvement in a way.
Usually when someone gets caught for a beach of probation conditions they are in bail court the very next morning.
This guys is in for almost a entire month before he gets his "Breach X2" next time around.
msc.corp 3/10/2014 7:02:58 PM Report

yeah and its free to keep him in jail...that doesn't cost the tax payers anything....wake up !! you don't even know what he did...
blackspruce 3/10/2014 8:57:25 PM Report

if there was not all these repeat offenders how would these high cost lawyers and judges justify their salaries? Come on have a heart
blackspruce 3/10/2014 9:01:54 PM Report

our judicial system is a joke it is all about the money. They had the chance to do what was right
LAWL 3/11/2014 8:03:57 AM Report

Nothing makes me more angry as a law abiding tax payer to see complete morons wanting to lock up every criminal in the system. It costs us A LOT more to house these guys in prison. Go back and watch American Idol and the Superbowl.
