On March 7 at 11:30 p.m,. 30-year-old Tyler Jackson of Chapple Avenue was arrested and charged with five counts of breach of recognizance.
 
Mr. Jackson was [allegedly] intoxicated at the time of his arrest and was on a recognizance not to consume or possess alcohol.
 
The accused is also ordered to remain in the province of Alberta and carry a copy of his release document with him.
 
Mr. Jackson will appear in Weekend and Statutory Holiday (WASH) Court this morning.

Yes the taxpayers have to pay to send him back to Alberta that costs a few thousand dollars,they fly him there with 2 officers....

Usually the police force who wants the criminal comes and gets them and escorts them back to their jurisdiction.

A plane ride for 3 plus expenses over some young 20 year old being drunk.

Tell me he did something more serious then that?

He will be having a beer in Alberta before the 2 Ontario police get on their return flight home.
