@ boilertyme:

Let's hope not, because I'm pretty sure that if there are errors on the police report (such as an incorrect date), the case can be thrown out on a technicality.

Pakadeva 3/2/2014 12:42:20 PM Report

If only we had some minute clue as to how much writing & typing goes into each & every case & there are TONS of them here in the Soo! If any of us had to do that much recording, sometimes daily, for weeks on end without a day off, then maybe, MAYBE in one case in a 100, a mistake might be made. Are all of us perfect, or is it possible we may have made a couple of mistakes in our lives? Hmmmmmm

Well said, Pakadeva.

What's more important, getting a drunk driver off the road or perfect typing in a Media Release?

ashalton 3/3/2014 7:23:10 AM Report

He may be driving again, but it will be with out his license, i dont understand why everyone always has to be so negative in these reports, the police did their part they got a drunk driver off the road, now its the hands of the courts.. if you want to start pointing blame do it the right direction!
bonnie&Clyde 3/3/2014 4:01:29 PM Report

He should have bought one of those breathalyzers I have seen online for real cheap it would have saved this guy and the courts a lot of headaches!
