Wind chill warning issued for Manitouwadge - Hornepayne - White River - Dubreuilville - Wawa - Pukaskwa Park

Extreme wind chill values minus 40 to minus 45 tonight and Saturday morning.

Brisk northwest winds in the wake of a weak disturbance will usher in another surge of colder Arctic air.

Temperatures in the minus thirties combined with brisk winds will result in wind chill values bottoming out in the minus 40 to minus 45 range tonight and Saturday morning.

Extreme caution is advised if outdoors.

Exposed skin may freeze in 5 minutes or less.

I DON'T THINK THE THERMOMETER hit even the freezing mark since the first week of Decemeber. March is predicted to be colder than usual. Good thing we have global warming.What a mess in the spring if it suddenly turns warmer.

June!?...come on now, lets not start the making of children's fables. Where did you hear we could expect this weather until June?...My guess is no where.

The weather will be gone by the end of March, as it always is. No need for panic, just keep warm for another couple weeks.

I have camping pictures of our family at Ranger Lake, on a May long week end fishing with our winter coats on and there was still snow on the ground . 1987 i believe it was,
