Feb 3rd letter shouldn't count as he wasn't told not to communicate with her until Feb 19th. Nice to see people still write letters tho.
dust2 2/26/2014 8:40:32 AM Report

straight OG sending letters, rofl that's great
right wing 2/26/2014 9:09:52 AM Report

You have to read!

It does not state that the letter was sent on Feb. 3rd, it states that they were sent between Feb 3rd and the 25th.
Obviously the time frame that he was under the conditions.
It does not state that the conditions were set on the 19th, just that he verbally communicated with her after a court appearance on the 19th again obviously while under the conditions.

You're welcome.

Also, it says he "...wrote letters to the same female on 3 separate occasions between February 3 and 25, again while being on conditions not to communicate."

That sounds to me as though he was already on conditions from a previous court appearance.
Trvlr 2/26/2014 10:29:29 AM Report

Maybe it took crazy-Romeo 22 head scratching days to write the letters. Started Feb 3rd, but finished Feb 25th. Romantic maybe, but not too swift with the pen.
Regardless, he needs to leave this person alone. Time for Zero tolerance for domestic abuse.

Frio 2/26/2014 3:19:29 PM Report

Maybe he was sending his former sweetheart a Valentine, and a follow up letter to see if she was impressed and had changed her mind about coming back for another round abuse?
iamtc 2/26/2014 3:26:17 PM Report

His sexy words did not cut it so now he is in trouble from it this guy is a joke all he wanted was to poke, and now he is out of ink because he must stink
salvagebucke 2/26/2014 4:18:09 PM Report

sounds like a communication breakdown and who writes a letter anymore.oh well its news for the day wish our police could solve other crimes that or more pressing in such a quick time
Powerwise 2/26/2014 5:05:51 PM Report

salvagebucke,

I wish our police would clamp down on aggressive drivers and speeders.

I've been working a delivery job that has me on-the-road from morning to evening, for several months, and I've seen a grand total of perhaps three or four police cars on duty.

The driving has gotten out of control in this city and, so it would seem, the police just don't seem to care anymore.
