...and what is the driving for TWO lifetimes???
Slim Shady 2/24/2014 9:35:59 AM Report

This POS will not learn. Habitual drunk driver that has injured people in accidents. He will kill someone. Obviously taking away his license has not worked and he continues to drive unlicensed and uninsured. Jail time has not worked either. Time for a mandatory prison sentence… of at least 5 years without the possibility of parole. Mandatory detox and alcohol treatment – alcohol ban for life. When he is release he should report to a halfway house for the next 2 years. He should be subjected to random alcohol and drug testing for life. If he violates after his release he should be given another 5 year prison stint!

Whose car did he take? If he had a car in his possession, it should have been impounded long ago. If someone let him borrow their car, they should be charged as well.

I am grateful for the previous poster having researched and posted the attached articles. Drinking and driving kills....Just ask the families of those who have lost loved ones.
golfnuttt 2/24/2014 10:08:15 AM Report

No excuses this guy is an a$$hole, and will continue to break the law until he is stopped.
Sam C 2/24/2014 10:17:37 AM Report

How do you stop him, though? Take his vehicle away? He can buy a beater and keep on driving -- you know he won't have insurance, either. Or, the car is in the wife's or the kid's name.

When you see a vehicle go by, there's no way of knowing whether the driver is licensed or not, or whether their license has been suspended.
golfnuttt 2/24/2014 10:19:32 AM Report

jail time and mandatory rehab might a start......
golfnuttt 2/24/2014 10:29:30 AM Report

If he lived in my neighbourhood, he'd would have a lot of flat tires and engine trouble...just sayin'
greeneyeds 2/24/2014 11:59:18 AM Report

This has been going on for decades with this guy....literally. It would be great if there was a quick fix. Sadly he'll likely get a short jail bit, do it, get out, go back on welfare and do the same thing again the next time he has a chance. I do think confiscating the vehicle would be a start, not as many people will lend a vehicle if they may lose it. I don't think mandating rehab will help, I don't know that you can force a person to recover from alcoholism.
shaun6969 2/24/2014 12:57:46 PM Report

Wow five years for driving while disqualified it's funny pedafiles get probation I think this should be a bigger issue then drunk driving you people should save your stupid comments for that kind of stuff almost everyone you no drinks and drives two beer and your drunk driving I have personally seen the police party's were they drink and drive the penalty for them should be the same but they are allowed to do what they want maybe they should have random drug and alcohol testing
FARBS-69 2/24/2014 1:18:13 PM Report

Rj is just gonna keep on driving. It's what he does. Nothing but a fall down loser on welfare. Out on bail for doing the same shit. Idiot!!
Vmax-4 2/24/2014 1:27:02 PM Report

What case are you referring to where a pedafile got probation?

I thought drunk driving was pretty serious, hundreds if not thousands of people in Canada are killed and seriously injured each year because of it.

People that I know don't drink and drive.

You wouldn't be over the legal limit after two beer unless you weighed 60 pounds.

With regard to the cops that you claim drive drunk, maybe it's time for you to do the right thing and report them. Sounds like you are saying it's a conspiracy. I provided you a link below so that you can get the ball rolling on this problem.
Slim Shady 2/24/2014 1:52:12 PM Report

You are a retard. I don’t know the losers you hang with but my friends do not drink and drive. Drinking and driving kills – PERIOD. If I am at a buddy’s house and I have 2 beers – I make sure that I stay at his house for at least 2 hours or I don’t drive home!

Your cavalier attitude to a serious issue by trying to equate it’s severity to child molestation is retarded! Do you think that the lady that had to go to the hospital wanted to go? She could’ve got killed. There was a young kid involved in the accident too. Nobody is saying that a person’s first offence should put him/her in prison – they should loose their license for a year, second offence – 5 years, third offence – Life, fourth offence PRISON. That is more than enough opportunity for a person to get help and be rehabilitated!

Keep my “stupid comments” to myself? Big talk…. I hope your son, daughter, wife, neighbour doesn’t needlessly die (more correctly – be Murdered) from one of “your friends” who have “just a couple of beers” and get behind the wheel. They are better than child molesters, right?! Now who sounds “stupid”?
Boomer4771 2/24/2014 2:41:22 PM Report

This idiot had his license removed some 18 years ago and still kept driving. He lost it for life and still yet drives. He will continue to drive no matter what the courts do to him. What is the answer to stop him from driving.....I don't know but there has to be serious punishment to maybe deter him from continuing till he takes someones life.....
our camp 2/24/2014 3:32:38 PM Report

how can you get a vehicle licensed, plated, insured in YOUR name if you are banned from driving for life?
greeneyeds 2/24/2014 3:41:10 PM Report

Our Camp, you don't. I believe you can still have a car in your name even if you can't drive. Plates are not difficult to come by and if you are this type of person you don't worry about insurance. If that fails, you find some one crazy enough to let you use their vehicle.
I don't have a lot of sympathy for the woman in the vehicle as she more then likely knew he was unlicensed and drunk.
Paddlenut 2/24/2014 4:17:37 PM Report

HUH? You disparage the woman who was hit by this guy?

Slim Shady

He has been arrested and charged for driving while disqualified and breach of a recognizance for violating the bail condition ‘not occupy the driver's seat of any motor vehicle’.

If he wasn't driving, why was he charged for driving?

I don't know who's fault the accident was, he may not have caused that accident but he shouldn't have been driving. Retards like that will never learn.
H.E.T. 2/24/2014 5:47:42 PM Report

I ment that for huggabuggzzzed

it didn't say he was drunk and do you know that the woman knew he had no licence. I'm not defending him. But holy shit the know it all speculators are busy on this one.
irishfey 2/24/2014 6:55:04 PM Report

Slim Shady.. you didn"t go back far enough on this a** hol** records.. he has a rap sheet miles long for the same offences! How does he get these cars? Why, Mommy and Daddy of course... where does he get the plates? He steals them. Where does he live? In Mommy and Daddys basement, rent free and has welfare to boot! Who bails him out? Mommy and Daddy of course! See a pattern here?? Time for these parents to cut the cord and let this guy go away for a long time before he kills someone!!!
Powerwise 2/24/2014 10:19:26 PM Report

What the hell is a "pedafile", anyway?
burnell 2/25/2014 6:16:19 AM Report

how do u drive u idiot without getting in the drivers seat. wake up. what is a pedafile. what do u have a computer for
greeneyeds 2/25/2014 10:24:54 AM Report

My apologies to the woman, I misread this and thought she was in the car with him.
As for the drunk part, that was an assumption on my part, which I shouldn't do, but if I was a betting person I would have put money on it.
