Maybe the decrease in the value of the dollar has something to do with this.

More than likely the weather has played into it. We have had so many bad driving days that bridge crossing was almost impossible. Dollar could possibly play into it but then again even with the dollar so low, it is still cheaper to fuel up in the US than Canada.

The chart shows a decrease vs Dec 2012 traffic rather than Jan 2013 traffic.

Does anyone know if you need a passport to go across to get gas?
rcssm69 2/5/2014 8:12:04 AM Report

You need a passport, nexus card or enhanced driver's license to do anything in the U.S.
Green Eggs and Ham 2/5/2014 8:13:42 AM Report

@help me

You need a passport or an enhanced drivers license to cross the bridge. I believe the cost is the same and you must apply for either one. If you apply for a passport, you can get across with your drivers license and papers proving your application has been submitted while you wait for your passport to arrive. A passport only takes about 10 days to arrive in the mail (sometimes longer) if you submit you application in person.
