Doesnt say what gender. We usually associate biting with females but today there are so many deviants who knows. Back in the fifties this behavior was rampant with little help for domestic violence. You would think in today's society there would be more programs and agencies to assist these poor souls who live in these dire situations.especially if there are kids involved.

jojoe... there ARE program that can help, but people have to WANT help, and be willing to seek help.

I can't stand biting and biters! I'd rather be punched than bitten if I had to choose. What the heck is wrong with a grown person that makes them lose all sense and bite someone...I mean, what are you really trying to do? Eat them? Give them a disease? What?

Remember Mike Tyson bit part of Holyfields ear off and spit it out? Since then scenes like that and worse are in movies and also has been joked about numerous times. People watch too many movies and for some reason are easily swayed: from 'wanna be' gangsters pistol whipping someone to biting appendages! The UFC on television also makes some idiots think they can take on the world with no consequences. I just call these idiots "wanna-be's!"

Not to mention glorifying prison life or gang-banging (not the sex-way) lol

I think it's a pretty far stretch to mention UFC as a reason that someone might bite someone else. If you knew anything about UFC at all, you would know that it's a sport with strict rules (no eye gouging, no finger manipulation, NO BITING, etc). The UFC is full of professionals who are great at what they do, and a large majority of them are all first class athletes who are very sportsman-like. Just to clear that up...

I agree Mike. I am just talking about the young dudes that watch it. They think they could fight like that at say--a house party- where there is no supervision or medical assistance, consequences etc..

Hey I used watch a lot when it was less popular in the 'Tank Abbott, Hoce Gracie, Shamrock days lol

UFC guys are trained and fully knowledgeable of how serious someone could be injured or killed and they have that control -- regular usually intoxicated non-trained guys don't know how to fight like that and could do severe damage in a blink of an eye that will change both their lives forever.
