Brett Davie has completed his first European open biathlon championship with some good placings.

Brett finished 25/77 (2nd Canadian across the finish) in the Individual, 39/79 in the sprint (2nd Canadian across the finish), and yesterday in the pursuit finished 37/79 (3rd Canadian across the finish).

Brett was very happy with his results and knows where he stands in the world circuit.

He will now head back to Canmore, Alberta to get ready for the World Junior trials which will take place in Brookvale, PEI 20-23 Feb, with the hope of making the World Junior Championships the next weekend in Presque Isle, Maine.

Also a big thankyou again to all his sponsors KPMG, Fountain tire (Royal Tire), Lake Superior Physio, Fresco's European Grill, Northside Volkswagen, B&R Auto, Joe's Sports and Surplus, and to all his family and friends, cause without their help this would not have happened.
