On January 31, 2014 at 9:30 p.m., police officers arrested and charged Christine Miller, age 38 of Portage Lane, for being unlawfully at large.

Miller was to be at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre earlier on the January 31 to serve her intermittent sentence but she failed to attend there.

By doing so she also breached to two conditions of her probation.

She will appear in court on February 1.

I think if any one of us had that type of appointment we wouldn't forget, unless of course we were drunk or stoned out of our minds! Lock them up for Heaven's sake when they disobey the law to such a degree!!!
