Thank God for global warming. The palm trees are starting to spring up in the backyard and an alligator just nabbed a duck in the pond.

yay....
dadal 1/27/2014 9:48:08 AM Report

hahahahaha Steelworker but Global Warming means the balance of the earth's temp shifts. NOT that the whole earth will get hot! The Eastern coast is seeing severe storms due to the melting of polar ice caps. We've had fairly warm temps the last 10 years and now the temp is much much colder. That's what Global Warming does. And now you know. Oh and BTW.... the earth WILL heal itself so this will pass in 10 or so years.

Mother Earth will heal herself ;)

Global warming is a myth....promoted by Al Gore and his followers who lobby against the internal combustion machinery we use daily.
The truth is CLIMATE CHANGE/
Its happened throughout earth history.
We have to live with it.
Or....get off the planet!
B Boy 1/27/2014 10:35:55 AM Report

Climate change has been occurring on this planet for millions of years. Geologist, geomorphologists and meteorologists all agree that there is a naturally occurring 15,000-20,000 yr cycle of heating & cooling. We're about 17,000-ish years into it. It's being exacerbated by human action of course but it was here long before we were.

AMEN to that B Boy.
Lone24 1/27/2014 12:24:50 PM Report

Its' far from anything natural like everyone thinks. They are playing god with the weather by spraying chemicals in the atmosphere to alter the weather. Google it and you'll see.
B Boy 1/27/2014 4:32:04 PM Report

@Lone - there are many conspiracy theories and there's a good chance some of them are true, however the evidence of the climate change trend goes far back, well before humans began screwing over this planet.
