Really? Do you really need to post these types of charges? If it involves children under 16, you should leave it out.just my opinion.

I dissagree. Even tho they can't post the name of minors, I think the residence of the Soo NEED to be reminded of the crimes that happen here. It's not sensationalism but a reality check that the Soo is not as wholesome as many here think. We have a higher crime rate per capita compared to other communities our size and even some larger ones. On that thinking, why post names of those that drink and drive? Or post Break and Enters when they don't know who did them? Why? Because we NEED to be kept informed.

I do agree it should be posted but some things omitted, LIKE we needed to know how it was done. (do you ever see them put a younger female was sexually assaulted by a male rubbing his penis up against her?)?? NO

Are they making a big deal cause it was a male and a male, either way.. they could of just said MALE AND A YOUNGER MALE.

But in my eyes, The Culprits NAME should be posted.. at 14 they should KNOW better. the people under 18 get away with a slap on the hand.. if they where embarrassed just that one time it may prevent them from doing it another. IMO

Crimes happen, it should be reported. And, actually, I heard this story this morning on the radio without the details and reading the circumstances (the rubbing against with his penis), put it much better context. Names, especially at this age, should absolutely NOT be published. Are you on crack??? A) to protect the victim & B) a 14 year old child should not be stigmatized, labeled, bullied in school etc...over an allegation, he needs help.
