there seems to be no end to the depravity in the world. even when they are caught they never seem to get what they deserve.

Even after a conviction, these offenders have more rights than legal firearm owners.

Look at how much effort & money was spent on the firearms registry than on the sex offender registry.

We need to go back 1,500 years. When these losers are convicted through a court of law, right to the center of the city for a public hanging.
moon sky 1/11/2014 10:07:16 AM Report

to sad that they wont publish the names of these sick wack jobs...
Beej 1/11/2014 10:10:17 AM Report

Hanging is too good for these vermin.
Mr. Poster 1/11/2014 10:18:38 AM Report

I wonder if the female victims "really" feel protected because the names are not released. Some might want the world to know what a louse their "mate" really is. Maybe the women should be asked.. " would you like this creeps name released? "
Gurpy 1/11/2014 10:24:38 AM Report

B Boy You are right! I`ve been saying the same thing for years! Criminals have more rights than someone who has never had so much as a parking ticket! Who says crime doesn`t pay? Doesn`t appear to be much in the way of consequences! Mayby we`ve entered into the days of lawlessness?
roxaner 1/11/2014 10:28:52 AM Report

and do you know if they lose and appeal the convictions they are aloud on the streets for a yr to torment the victim and families...i myself think that if u r convicted of molesting that means u took a childs life from them u should stay in jail for the rest of that childs life...whats left of it...or give them to the family for 30 mins if they live then they can go to court...and get away with it...because of technicalities
Gurpy 1/11/2014 10:43:28 AM Report

roxaner, we do not have a justice system at all! The parents of the victims should take care of these slime balls themselves! They would NEVER entertain the thought of EVER touching a young one ever again!
Tag33&1/3rd 1/11/2014 11:21:59 AM Report

@ Mr. Poster -- Agreed!
They should ask the victim!

I`am glad she finally put her fears aside and spoke up.
Speaking up is always good, it will help her a lot.
Pakadeva 1/11/2014 2:52:49 PM Report

When adults feel the right to interfere with a child for their "pleasure", parents ought to be able to give the sentence, or shoot them on sight so they won't harm another child. One comes forward, how many are still scared to do so due to the threats they always put upon the children.
mr.jack 1/11/2014 3:01:54 PM Report

yes i do agree, ask to to see if it's ok to post there names. People should have the write to know who these idiots are, you don't have to put the victims name, ,,, funny thing is we have crimestoppers, and when there is a crime they want the public to give names etc yet when there is a crime they won't let the public know of who to be aware of ,,,,,very sad
Pakadeva 1/11/2014 3:28:09 PM Report

I agree mr.jack, if you or your family/friends/neighbours are socializing with this creep, you have a RIGHT to protect those children is my opinion. The childs name should never be published, the idiots name should be out there!
Wobbler 1/11/2014 4:35:04 PM Report

If it was just so easy to reveal the person's name.........most of the time that would reveal who the victim is and that is not a good thing in our society as it is today!! But I do agree with letting the families of the victims have them alone for 30 minutes or so, to be able to torture them as they tortured their victims. so they have something to remind them for the rest of their natural lives how they ruined the life of another human being!!!
mr.jack 1/11/2014 4:57:53 PM Report

wobbler, tell me how would the victim's name come out . people are gonna find out anyways throught friends and people who know what happend we live in a small town people are talking about it now, but for the people here and there family they should know whats going on
mr.jack 1/11/2014 5:03:33 PM Report

this guy is scum and everyone should know about it. its funny how they always say to protect the victim, or kids and thats fine but if your stupid enought to do a crime like this then your name shouls be posted and you should feel lots of shame
mr.jack 1/11/2014 5:06:36 PM Report

sorry for that ment to say should be posted, im so pissed at this im not thinking straight
HowAbooutSomeLogic 1/11/2014 9:05:31 PM Report

Opportunism is the conscious policy and practice of taking selfish advantage of circumstances with little regard for principles, or with what the consequences are for others. Opportunist actions are expedient actions guided primarily by self-interested motives. (from wiki)

I'd be all for a society where such (guilty) persons had a choice of their heads placed on stakes or 'necklacing' (as your hero Mandela preferred) and maybe we could finally start penalizing some of the economic, political and intellectual opportunists as well...

...but the problem, as anyone who's read any of the comments on this site for more than a day knows is that virtually everyone here makes a guilty judgement before knowing much of anything about the situation. A LOT OF INNOCENT PEOPLE WOULD BE KILLED. Is that better than allowing a lot of guilty opportunists to walk our streets, as is currently the case?
