streaker 1/3/2014 8:52:03 AM Report

Our great justice system at work. From may to august this male was allowed free to commit added offenses against the victim,
and now back in bail court and will be out to offend again.Time for a revolt and get our justice system cleaned up!!!
and keep these repeat offenders behind bars.
Ski-Dude 1/3/2014 8:52:39 AM Report

Attempted murder as well!!!! I hope Mr. Kicky will have his ass taken care of behind bars!
soowat 1/3/2014 8:53:28 AM Report

Takes a brave man to beat up a woman. It would be nice if SSM had another Victoria cross recipient. I think I'll nominate this "Hero"
Gater 1/3/2014 9:11:57 AM Report

It's absolutely unbelievable that this could be allowed to happen by our Justice system.
There has to be a Judge out there hanging his/her head now in shame..
redy 1/3/2014 9:16:15 AM Report

Wow will our revolving door court system well let this loser out again time for a change in our laws
Lostclause 1/3/2014 9:21:37 AM Report

As much as I think that our judicial system is in many ways, a farce, the article states they responded to a "dated domestic incident". Which to me means that it wasn't reported until a few days ago. Glad they were able to apprehend this guy.
Egyption 1/3/2014 9:46:10 AM Report

When a man treats a woman with such violence...He Loses his right to be treated like a man. The same goes if a woman were to do such intolerable acts of violence...However,violence against women including assault causing bodily harm and homicides in Canada...(which make up for the most homicides in Canada) are perpetrated by Men...These men are for the most part...are partners/husbands,ex partners/ex husbands (men they know) of the victim's. More needs to be done to protect Women, Chidren and men from such heinous violance in our society...World
PITTSBURG 1/3/2014 10:15:41 AM Report

We need the names of the offenders to be published in these crimes to protect the next unknowing victim.
bonnie&Clyde 1/3/2014 11:27:33 AM Report

Names should be released at the victims request once the accused is convicted of a crime (not beforehand it is quite easy in our system for someone to make false accusations and the accused will be criminally charged. this isn't always the case but it definitely happens)....If names were released these crimes would be reduced the added shame of being exposed as woman/child beater.
blackspruce 1/3/2014 12:01:36 PM Report

This is insane this individual is not worth living. The police are charging these guys but our useless judges are making a mockery of the judicial system. I am sick of hearing all these creeps that keep getting out and back there reoffending. Judges if you have any balls or respect for your job other than just a salary realize the Public is sick and tired of your pathetic sentences and want you to start being more responsible to the victims. This guy I would give him a life sentence he is just trash that can not be changed. And tattoo sex offender across his forehead just so he gets the many beatings that he deserves
bonnie&Clyde 1/3/2014 12:39:09 PM Report

we should let convicted rapist be mechanically raped....an Eye for an Eye for all crimes
blackspruce 1/3/2014 1:02:50 PM Report

To bad this low life was not the one killed in the collision on highway 17. Would be the best thing that could have happened to him
Working Man 1/3/2014 10:55:18 PM Report

When will women ever learn?

He must have been very well-endowed or had money, right? I take that back. He probably did not have much money. And I don't mean to compliment him in that way.

She obviously didn't cheat on him as she is pregnant. Unless she's different... Or he found out afterward. Either case, this guy is SCUM OF THE EARTH! I don't care what anyone does to you(asif someone else did it to you in the first place--which I HATE to hear people complain about--It's called taking responsibility for yourself), women should not ever be assaulted like that!!

I shouldn't have to say that this is worse than beating an anorexic black dog!!
Pakadeva 1/4/2014 3:09:07 PM Report

I agree with those people saying the name should be published to alert the next potential victim. Our laws are not protecting women, pregnant with that! Are they letting him loose all these times so he can finish her off? He should have to buy her new glasses & he should be castrated in my (humble) NOT opinion. The reason these cases are delayed in reporting is the fear factor & threats that these abusers toss out there. Most people only report when they're pretty sure the next beating, kicking, etc. offence will be the last. They report when there's nothing left to lose except life. Ease up on the victims, PUNISH the bloody idiots!!!!
