Sault Michigan historical landmark gets a new lifeThursday, January 02, 2014 by: SooToday.com Staff
The building is one of Sault Ste. Marie’s finest examples of historic architecture, and Cathy and Greg have done an amazing job converting it into new space for their respective businesses.
Cathy McClellan operates Salon C on the first floor, which has instantly become one of the most fashionable salons in the eastern Upper Peninsula due to Cathy’s interior design techniques.
Cathy has 19 years experience in the salon business, and received her training at the Redken Exchange in New York City as well as the Redken Symposium in Las Vegas.
Cathy has operated her own salon for most of her career.
Cathy decided to upgrade her home-based business by moving downtown, giving her more space and the chance to really develop her upscale salon concept.
You can visit Salon C for color, perms, deep conditioning treatments, and haircuts.
Cathy plans to expand services to include pedicures and manicures.
Business hours for the salon are 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Friday, and 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Saturday.
Cathy can be reached by telephone at 906.635.3964, or by visiting www.facebook.com/saloncssm
