Winner,winner-Chicken dinner. What a loser. Thank you liberal justice system that keeps letting these morons go free. Kick in my door and watch the fun.
Beej 1/1/2014 5:23:38 PM Report

It's going to happen one of these days, mark my words.. one of these punks is going to kick a door in and get turned into hamburger with a 12 gauge round at point blank range.
redy 1/1/2014 5:31:27 PM Report

Yup that's why mines beside my bed I figure one or two get shot up maybe the rest will thinktwice before entering a house that's not there own
boilertyme 1/1/2014 6:03:20 PM Report

I understand the body must fall inside the house to make that legal (shooting a home invader). Anyone know for sure.
Bad Dawg 1/1/2014 6:15:17 PM Report

If he already broke 4 bail relases he should not be granted, and no fixed address you can bet he aint going anywhere but to do dead time..... kick in my door he would be in the hospital for sure. legally you need to give an intruder 3 clear verbal warnings to leave and if not you may remove him (with nessacary force).... kicking his ass would be more fun than just shooting him, to each their own.
Sam C 1/1/2014 7:38:06 PM Report

Granted... it's frustrating to read about these "frequent flyers," but... how many of you agree with Harper's get-tough-on-crime, build-more-prisons plan?

How do we solve this problem... how many "strikes" do people get before they are locked away for longer stretches? And, is there any assurance that a longer sentence will "rehabilitate" these offenders?
Ms. Mc 1/1/2014 9:17:16 PM Report

Brandon Joseph Lavallee=loser!lol
highway1 1/1/2014 9:24:30 PM Report

Three strikes and your gone.
It doesn't matter if they are rehabilitated, they need to be sentenced for the crime. At least they won't re offend for the time they're away.
Let them serve a sentence that sends a message, then work on rehabilitation if the sentence itself isn't severe enough to get them to change.
The revolving door approach obviously does not work.
Time to put the victim's rights ahead of the criminal's feelings.
Banardo0 1/1/2014 10:43:13 PM Report

Too bad he didn't get busted for urinating in closet at their house
dutch touch 1/2/2014 8:06:15 AM Report

First of all " redy" if your shotgun is beside your bed you are breaking the law. Guns must be stored in a locked cabinet. This makes you no better than this guy.
Second ,all you " chuck Norris " types must be young or just plain dumb. This is not the movies this is real life.
Most of us , as tough as we think we are, would probably give up or try to scare the suspect . we would not want to escalate the situation
Dead End Kid 1/2/2014 8:27:39 AM Report

I was thinking the same thing Dutch. These Chuck Norris guys are just like the Blue Jays, tough on paper but weak on the field.
Left Winger 1/2/2014 10:15:49 AM Report

no need for a shotgun. a Louisville slugger to the kneecap = criminal with limited mobility for rest of his/her life of crime
