Wolves coach Paul Fixter noted following the game that fatigue wasn't a factor in the loss despite having playing in Sudbury on Saturday night.

Greyhounds coach Sheldon Keefe spoke highly of the Greyhounds penalty kill coming through in the win

Greyhounds finish up a 3-1 win over the Wolves. Greyhounds hold a 26-21 edge in shots

Franky Palazzese is on the bench for the extra attacker for the Wolves. 41.2 second left

Wolves dodge a bullet, killing both ends of the five-on-three. 3-1 Greyhounds with 3:25 remaining in the third period

Connor Cummins to the penalty box for Sudbury with just under seven minutes left....Nick Baptiste then hit with a penalty after a hit on Kyle Jenkins....Greyhounds five-on-three for 1:26

3:46 p.m. Update

Tyler Gaudet and Patrick Watling turn a shorthanded two-on-one into a 3-1 Greyhounds lead as Gaudet on the left wing feeds Watling going to the net. Watling beats Palazzese over his glove as he tries to slide cross-crease to make the stop on the overage forward

3:15 p.m. Update

Greyhounds continue to lead 2-1, now through 40 miniutes. Shots are 21-15 Greyhounds

3:02 p.m. Update

Huge penalty kill for the Greyhounds as they kill off a 1:06 Sudbury 5-on-3 with Tyler Gaudet and Jared McCann in the box

2:58 p.m. Update

With the Greyhounds on the power play, both Tyler Gaudet and Jared McCann hit the post

2:48 p.m. Update

Jean Dupuy with an early chance for the Greyhounds in the second period as he is stopped on a partial break by Palazzese

2:29 p.m. Update

Sergey Tolchinsky scores on the power play as the Greyhounds win a faceoff and Tolchinsky takes a feed in the right circle from David Miller and beats Palazzese with 1.5 seconds left in the period to send the game into the intermission with the Greyhounds up 2-1. Shots sit at 12-6 Greyhounds

2:13 p.m. Update

Greyhounds open the scoring as Jean Dupuy deflects a point shot from Trent Mallette. Newly acquired Dylan Corson also picks up an assist on the play. Less than a minute later, Mathew Campagna takes a breakaway pass from Nick Baptiste and beats Matt Murray five-hole

Greyhounds on the first power play of the afternoon as Nathan Cull is off for high sticking
