Vehicle in snow bank. Matthew charged with drunk diving

On December 27 police were called to a report of a vehicle in a snow bank. 

Through investigation officers were able to determine that the driver had been Matthew Pistor of 162 Bristol Place. 

Officers detected indications of alcohol consumption and a roadside alcohol test was done resulting in the accused being arrested and transported to the station. 

Further testing was conducted and the accused was charged with one count of driving with over the legal limit of alcohol in his blood. 

He will be appearing in court on January 27.

It WILL get you, sooner or later.
