Phone lines down at police station (updated)

Tuesday, December 17, 2013   by: Staff

The telephone lines to the Sault Ste. Marie Police have now been restored.

Thank you for your patience.

The Sault Ste. Marie Police service would like to advise that we are currently experiencing difficulties with the business telephone lines.

The 911 system is still operating.

Please do not use the 911 lines to call in non emergency situations.

This may result in the lines being tied up and someone not getting through in a life threatening emergency.

We will advise when the business lines are again operational.
