Greyhounds cap off a 5-1 win to end the homestand...final shots 32-32

3:57 p.m. Update

Blake Speers takes a kneeing penalty to out the Greyhounds down a man and the Rangers pull Greenfield for the extra attacker. Patrick Watling proceeds to score into the empy Rangers net...5-1 Sault Ste. Marie

3:53 p.m. Update

Kevin Spinozzi gets his second of the night as his shot from the top of the left circle handcuffs Greenfield. 31 seconds later Alex Gudbranson is stopped in the slot on his initial shot but scores on the loose puck on the second chance...4-1 Sault Ste. Marie

3:13 p.m. Update

Two periods in the books and Sault Ste. Marie now holds a 2-1 lead....The Greyhounds also lead on the shot clock by a 21-16 margin

Tyler Gaudet's wrap around to Greenfield's glove side finds its way through Greenfield stick stide...2-1 Sault Ste. Marie

Kitchener gets the first power play of the afternoon as Jared McCann is off for checking to the head

Lineups are set for tonight. Sault Ste. Marie scratches are Andrew Fritsch (illness) and Mac Clutsam. Kitchener scratches are Jimmy Soper, Paxton Leroux (injured), Matia Marcantuoni (shoulder), Radek Faksa (Czech Republilc World Junior camp). The Rangers will also scratch another defenceman following warmup.
