I often wonder at the stupidity of criminals, why, when carrying something illegal, be it drugs, cigs or whatever would you draw attention to yourself by speeding, dangerous driving, whatever, knowing the police are on the lookout for this behaviour.If you drive 5 or 10 over the limit they do not even look at you, if you tailgate they will look at you, if you drive normally you will get there just the same, and catch up with those who have overtaken you at the next truck or vehicle going slow...

The Shiny Pony will be pissed that these clowns lost his Christmas stash. All those bongs and nothing to fill them with.
macapple 12/2/2013 6:51:19 PM Report

they caught them for speeding how come they were not charged
zeke_1979 12/2/2013 7:13:03 PM Report

"Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle", that's what they charged the first guy with. It's worse than a speeding ticket.
Slim Shady 12/3/2013 8:00:03 AM Report

@steelworker

LOL!Do you think that Rob Ford would be dumb enough to smoke a rock of coal?!!!!

Seriously, you would think that (from the viewoint of a businessman) that if you were on your way to sell your goods at a profit that you would be doing evrything by the book.... newer car that is dependable, drive like a saint, don't be drunk or stoned, travel during the day so you would not attract Police on a lonely stretch of highway....

I guess there is a reason why these type of people come from the bottom of the gene pool (the shallow end at that!).

The drug bust and some of the hilarious comments that followed the news item gave me a smile to star my day. Keep up the good work police and keep up the humorous comments posters
