Computer smashed in domestic incident

On December 2, 2013 at approximately 2:10 a.m., Sault Ste. Marie Police responded to a domestic incident in the 200 block of Albert Street East. 
 
Upon arrival officer’s discovered that the accused age 41, had smashed the victim’s computer and decorative figurines. 
 
The accused was arrested for mischief. 
 
Further investigation revealed that the accused was on probation and breached three separate conditions of the probation order.
 
The accused will appear in court onDecember 2, 2013 at 10 a.m.
