I guess people just can't be bothered to stop or pull over anymore.
McNabb and Pine is a high congested intersection all day long and at it's peak at 4pm,and they can't get find a witness? WOW.

Wouldn't the crossing guards have been there still? I am pretty sure they are there until at least 4pm.

I'm sure its not that anyone didn't see what happened, its more like what happens to the witness when the case goes to court and delayed over and over again. I have been a witness twice to auto accidents and been dragged to court several times losing half of each day or more sitting and waiting usually only to find out it is postponed for another month or more. I have had judges and lawyers apologize to me for the inconvenience. Also not being paid a dime to do so and losing valuable self-employed work time. Now days I see nothing. Its sad but true with many of us.

They need to change the bylaw for cyclists....no more being on the road. It is not safe at all. Sidewalk....if people are walking, get off and let them by. Much safer that way
