"Construction at the corner of Denwood and Carlbert Street has left upper Carlbert impassable for the garbage and recycling trucks," loyal reader David Breck reports in a Tuesday morning e-mail to SooToday.com News.
"The problem has been solved [as shown in these photos from David] by moving all of the recycle bins to Headway Street and using a front-end loader for the collection of garbage."

It's a thoughtful solution for all those folks wanting to take care of garbage. Where do we look for the news? Sooday! Should everyone just be asking their neighbours what to do? Drive to the dump?
