“Sault Area Hospital deserves this recognition,” says Studer Group Coach Mitch Hagins.
“Having worked with Ron Gagnon and team for several years, their passion for quality care and experience for patients and families is clear. It is equally clear they want the same for their providers. I am thrilled for them” Hagins said.
“We are proud to have taken a leadership role by being the Studer Group’s first Canadian partner and opening the door for the others which have subsequently followed,” states Ron Gagnon, SAH resident and CEO. “While we recognize that we still have much work to do on our journey to being 'best', we have made significant strides not just in physician engagement, but also in staff engagement, patient satisfaction and a number of other measures of excellence. This award is recognition of the remarkable work done by all our staff, physicians and volunteers over the past several years in getting us to where we are today.”
