On the 4 of September shortly before 11:30 a.m., officers from the Crime Suppression Unit, assisted by Patrol Officers, executed a search warrant at a residence on Wellington Street East.
Officers located a large quantity of antique and vintage items including a metal train set and a large child’s tractor.
In addition officers located a large quantity of antique china.
Officers were able to determine that the property had been taken from a break and enter to a residence on Euclid Road sometime earlier.
As part of this ongoing investigation officers from the Crime Suppression Unit were able to link the accused back to a residence in late August where one gram of cocaine and one gram of marijuana were located and identified as belonging to him.
The estimated street value of the drugs is $80.
28-year-old Lance Wabigwan of 772 Wellington Street East #202 has been charged with one count of possession of property obtained by crime, two counts of possession of a controlled drug or substance and two counts of breach of probation for failing to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
The accused will appear in court on October 7.

Well there goes his Tea Party ,but really I imagine a lot of that China etc. has great sentimental value to the People it was stolen from .Glad to hear they will get it back .

Another deadbeat that has been arrested at least a dozen times.
How many arrests would he have if he got caught for everything he has done?
The court is far too lenient with losers like this which in turn causes the tax paying citizens of SSM much more grief than necessary.

Gee that must be some expensive pot. I love how they inflate the prices of the drug to make the drug crime part seem more menacing and serious when in fact they're not.
Where is all this expensive pot and coke that doesn't exist coming from? I'd say he had 40 bucks worth of drugs on him, maximum. Prohibitions suck.
On that same note, thieves also suck. Unless you're starving, you're a pretty idiotic person to be stealing. So yeah, nail him for stealing, but screw the drug charges.
