Rob Speers and daughter Ava had a dance or two and shared some laughs at the Roataryfest Main Stage last evening.

And they weren't the only ones.

Friday saw thousands of smiling faces milling about the Rotaryfest grounds enjoying the sunshine, music, activities, games, and crafts.

Events continue today at Clergue Park with pony rides ($3), flower art (free), cookie decorating (free), inflatables ($4), RC racers ($5), and much more.

This evening's Cirque du Rotaryfest performances from magician Eric Leclerc and Dan the One Man Band happen at 7 and 8 p.m.

Music on the Main Stage throughout the day includes Griphook, Boneyard, Mustang Heart, That's Chester, and Ground Zero, and finishes with a finale with Rolling Stones tribute band, The Blushing Brides.

Stage 2, located on Queen Street East between East and Brock Streets, will host Machines Dream, Guy Smith, the Minotaurs, and more until 11 p.m. tonight.

Both stages are free to enjoy.
