Joseph allegedly drives erratically. Charged with driving drunk

On the 23rd March 2013 Joseph Yukich (age 24) of 123 Panoramic Drive was arrested for impaired driving and consuming over the legal limit.
Police officers observed erratic driving on Queen St near Gore St. Mr. Yukich was pulled over where he appeared impaired by alcohol.
He was arrested and brought to the City Police Station where Intoxilizer readings were over .08.
He will be appearing in court on April 29, 2013.

On a positive note, he is facing charges and will suffer the penalty if convicted. The penalty is really stiff considering the insurance and social ramifications.
