First of all he wasnt even in the friging car when it was was pulled over second of all he was informed by the moron who actually did steal it that it was stolen and that is why he ran....common sence why he ran....so to sit there and tell him to jump off a bridge is a little much dont you think. and for the record unless you actually know him personally dont judge him cause you wouldnt like it if you were judged and ridiculed without knowing the facts first.

I'm not putting him up on a piller nor am I defending him in any way shape or form but unlike any of you , I was actually in the courtroom with him this morning and I heard the FACTS and from what his lawyer has said there is someone else who has stepped up and contacted him stating the REAL facts. so before you go on telling me to grow up and open my eyes you should be doing the same aswell. if you feel the need to drag his name into the ground to make yourself out to be a better person thats pretty sad, and i feel sorry for you if that makes you feel like your a better person, like the crown attorney said herself this morning and the judge agreed......EVERYONE deserves a chance to be able to better themselves and Chicho finally has people who actually do give a damn about him and are willing to help him change his life around once and for all!!!!!

Someone else stepped up?? so does that mean someone else is going to be charged for breaking into my friends house and stealing their belongings and their car Chicho was driving....can't wait to see that....not to many people rat themselves out.How many chances does this kid need? Oh ya hes not a kid hes 28.They don't change they stick with the same group and do the same crap,they tell the lawyers and judges what they wanna hear so they can get out to only return to jail for the same crimes time and time again. Repeat offenders should not be given extra chances...he should've learnt from the first few times.And I feel so sorry for my friends family as they were robbed and their belonging have most likely been pawned for the alcohol and drugs they consummed or for the money they owed for drugs...And how heartbreaking it is to feel so violated only for the judges to give them another chance.

Chicho was not driving... the descprition that the coips had was a male 6 foot something .. chichos not 6 feet... u clam to say he was the one that did a "BRAKE AND ENTER?" was he charged with it??? no i was sitting in the court room yesterday when he was in bail and there was no charge like that brought up... someone came forward and has taking there responsability and said they were driving!!!!! u really need to learn YOUR facts before tellin ur story on the internet.. cuz at the end of the day ur the only one making ur self look like a retard! NOW as far as chichos family goes!! do u know his gf his son his daughter personaly???? no probly not! i do, and i can tell u one thing hes a GREAT father and GREAT soon to be husband! telling daulphingurl that she needs to be more worried about her daughter and her grandson.. u seem to be letting out his daughter so this tells me u dont even know half of what ur talking about!!! But like I had stated in a earlier post none of you were in that court room so how is it you know everything?
