Man charged for allegedly sexually assaulting his partner

In July of 2011 following a domestic dispute at a residence in the north section of the city, a 44-year-old male allegedly assaulted his then 36-year-old female partner.
The female required treatment at the hospital for an injury sustained to her ribs.
On March 13, 2013, the male, now age 46, is alleged to have sexually assaulted the same female victim.
The victim received treatment at the hospital for injuries to her head that she suffered during the sexual assault.
On March 14, 2013, detectives arrested and charged the male with Sexual Assault and Assault Causing Bodily Harm.
The male will appear in bail court on March 15.
