Crime of the Week - March 11-17, 2013
An armed robbery committed at Wal-Mart in the Station Mall could have resulted in a tragedy.
On February 24, 2013, around store closing, a lone male entered the store through the northwest doors armed with a handgun.
The male approached the cashier and asked her to open her till.
While she was making efforts to comply the male pointed a gun to her head.
The male exited the store only moments later and fled on foot.
The suspect is described as 5’10, medium build, with brown eyes.
He was wearing a black mask, black and grey jacket, and blue jeans.
He was carrying a reusable grocery bag.
If you can identify this suspect or have knowledge about this crime please contact us.

There are so many grocery bags that end up in our landfills and I hate seeing birds, etc caught in this plastic waste. It's nice to see someone using a canvas style bag for a change. A small change can make a huge difference!
