Its always a bad choice to race the yellow, he lost. Due to his rush to go nowhere important...... IDIOT!!!

Since the Yellow means "STOP" you really can't win. Technically, the rule is "stop if it is safe to do so, and if it is not safe then proceed with CAUTION."

"With caution" does not mean flooring the gas and racing through the intersection.

Too often people think they have plenty of time, when in fact they didn't actually see the light turn yellow, but only noticed it was yellow after it had been on for 3 or 4 seconds. (It only comes on for 5 seconds.)

I often watch drivers trying to "beat the yellow" and have the light turn red before they even reach the intersection. And others are just oblivious to such minor things like traffic signals.

while out doing bussiness on last Friday afternoon seen two school buses & one small city bus run red lights, one school bus made a left on a red. They were a bit late of going through on the yellow. Professional drivers.

Thank god they weren't both BMW's, that would have been truly horrendous.

I agree with another poster on here ,
they should raise the speed limit to 80km on 2nd line(being sarcastic)- as alot of drivers sit on your bumper at 60 km and i have caught many angry drivers, head shaking me ,radar easily could generate quota between goulais and korah road , thanks to all the safe drivers out there aswell ,

Mr. Bean had purposely driven through a red light,so he must have said ,"I just felt like running a red"???or is it possible he looked away and there it was, red!!!I`m just saying.
