Father charged with sexual assault

On February 28 the accused, a 30-year-old male, was in his west end residence with his son.
It is alleged that the male sexually assaulted the boy by touching his genitals.
On March 8, 2013 the male was arrested and charged with sexual assault.
He will appear in court on April 15th at 9:00 am.

I agree with Norm. You don't know the scenario until the facts are laid out in court, which must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he did it. Once we know, is when we can reserve the right to say he is sick and should be locked up.

Taf 3/9/2013 2:32:49 PM ReportIn order for this guy to be charged at all like this n have his charges posted on sootoday CAS has had to of already done an investigation and proven to some degree that something is going on trust me i know how this works and to be put towards the court like this hes already had evidence against him. CAS has to do investigation before a claim is put to court. But way to go to all of those who like proteting these kind of people.

I hope this father gets what he deserves...there is no excuse why any child should be subjected to such violation EVER! ...and from someone they trust and someone that is suppose to protect them.
