Pampered Chef product recalled

The Pampered Chef Canada’s (“The Pampered Chef”) number one priority is to its customers and to providing only the highest quality products that people have come to expect from our company. 

Because of our commitment, The Pampered Chef has decided to initiate a voluntary recall of The Pampered Chef garlic slicer (#1113), which was sold individually and as part of a garlic slicer set (#2578), between January 1, 2009 and July 15, 2011. 

We decided to voluntarily recall the garlic slicer after receiving a few consumer reports that while using the garlic slicer, one of the blades affixed to the bottom of the unit dislodged and separated posing a potential safety risk.

Therefore, we have decided to voluntarily recall the garlic slicer, including if purchased as part of a set, between January 1, 2009 and July 15, 2011.

For all customers who purchased the garlic slicer during this time period, The Pampered Chef is offering a replacement. 

Please note the garlic slicer and garlic slicer sets sold by The Pampered Chef  after July 15, 2011 are not part of this recall.

If you purchased the garlic slicer set, the set included both a garlic slicer and a separate peeler. 

Please note the peeler is not part of this recall and should be retained

To obtain your replacement, please fill out this online form.

Please note that you will need your Order # to complete the online form. 

After filling out and clicking on the “submit” button on the online form, you will receive a replacement in approximately 60-90 days.
