Joseph turned in for being tipsy. Charged with breach

At 1:15 a.m. on March 7 Patrol Officers were called to a residence in the 200 block of Albert St. East for an intoxicated male.
Officers spoke to Joseph Owl, age 22 of 222 Albert St. East, Sault Ste. Marie and found him to be breaching his probation by having consuming alcohol.
He was arrested and charged with this offence.
He will appear in bail court on March 7 at 10 a.m.
