Mild weather closes area skating rinks

Outdoor ice rinks closed due to warm weather

The City of Sault Ste. Marie operated outdoor rinks are closed until further notice due to warm weather conditions.

This includes the following rinks:

  • Art Jennings Speed Skating Oval (Elizabeth Street)
  • Anna McCrea (Mark Street)
  • Esposito (Queen Street West)
  • Merrifield (Henrietta Street)

The rinks will not re-open until weather conditions improve.

Please refer to on-site signage at all outdoor rinks.
