Sexual assault charge laid

On March 5, 2013 at approximately 4:45 pm officers arrested a male age 42 on an outstanding warrant for charges of assault and sexual assault.
It is alleged that between February 28 and March 1, 2013 the accused did assault the victim by striking the victim in the right shoulder and forcing the victim to the floor and attempted to choke the victim.
Further it is alleged in the same time period the accused did force oral and anal intercourse upon the victim.
The accused will appear in bail court on March 6, 2013 at 10:00am.

"Sexual assault" puts it in the same term as pinching the waitress,s behind.

newcon 3/6/2013 10:42:51 AM ReportI refuse to comment on this item on the grounds of it having influence with the "public court of opinion", but, as a point of interest here are two contrasting scenarios...in this country, where the Death Penalty still exists (usually by hanging or around- the-clock exposure to CBC and/or CNN)being found guilty of Rape usually leads to multiple machetti wounds, dismemberment or slow death and that's before the perpetrator gets to prison...but if it is a false accusation the accusor would face a humiliating expulsion from not only her/his "thatched" hut but also their tribal community but not before a beating of some type and yes "tar and feathering" still exists as a form of public humiliation. Actually these people are a little more advanced than we in the 1st world.

He has the only remedy for an affliction of PUSS...Pathetic Unionized Screaming Socialists...many of the people back in 1st world are unaware of the prevalence of this affliction and the devastating effects this parasitic microbe has on society...symptoms are...strong urges to seek out collective bargaining, a need to consult with a union steward as to when work should actually be performed, desperate notions of uphoria after glancing at the occupational health and safety act/reg, and a myopic approach to employee company relations...if any of these symptoms occur please consult with tony martin first and he will lobby, with chief Sayers for "Publicly Funded" visits to a witch doctor, which the tax payer will finance all the way from Africa or any other 3rd world hell hole where people don't understand anything but corruption.
