Teeth allegedly broken over tobacco

On March 4, 2013, at approximately 7:28 p.m. a female accused age 41 attended at the residence of her ex-husband and at that time a verbal argument ensued regarding cigarette tobacco.
The argument escalated to the point that the accused punched the victim in the face twice causing damage to the victim’s bottom teeth.
The accused was arrest for assault.
The accused will appear in bail court on March 5 at 10 a.m.

In fact let's bring in a disgustingly high priced study panel to discuss the adverse health affects of smoking and how this terrible habit does not only generate (tax) revenue for the gov't. but it does lead to gum disease and, as is evident here, tooth decay/loss. I'm sure the illustrious ex-MP would have a remedy for this one...it was definetly the fault of "Big Business or Corporate Society".
Were the cigs. off or on-reserve smokes? Cops probably blew that one, they could've had an extra charge resulting in extra earnings for a 3rd rate member of the Canadian Bar. Association

If you think about this, her actions have resulted in disfiguring her Ex for life and causing him to wear false teeth. All over a couple packs of cigarettes totaling what - $50? Two screwed in teeth cost about $6000!
You know instead of wasting tax payers money in court and police et cetera, her punishment should fit the crime. She should have her front two teeth removed and see just how much she likes to live her life with a gaping maw….
Just because she is a woman doesn’t make this okay… Violence is violence. People need to learn that they have other options rather than losing their temper.
newcon 3/5/2013 3:03:46 PM ReportShame on you Shady...double shame, it's OK to beat on men because we deserve it...particularly if we are hetro, Christian, employed in the Private Sector, vote Conservative and read a Field and Stream magazine. Haven't you figured it out yet men are only good for protecting women and children, although the feminazi's will argue that, and earning a paycheck that women can spend at a casino. There's even a small number of men who are so confused over all of this that they've been programmed to insert themselves into the role of a female. It's gotten so bad that two men will actually marry and alternate the role of husband and wife. It really gets complex when they sit around and stare at each other wondering why one of them can't get pregnant...poor guys...we need more funding to promote educational awareness.
