Argument ends in assault charge

City Police officers responded to a domestic incident call early in the evening on March 2nd in the 800 block of Peoples Road.
Their investigation revealed that a 27 year old female was arguing with her common law partner escalating to her punching him in the mouth.
As a result she was arrested for assault and will be appearing in Court on April 10th 2013.
