Stugatzu 2/25/2013 10:35:58 AM ReportThey were lenient with him to some degree. Doesn't mention being fined for not wearing a helmet. I hope the head trauma knocked some sense into this fool.
Nimrod 2/25/2013 11:00:02 AM ReportAnd we will pick up the medical bill for this idiot!!

They kinda throw out the frivolous.
Its like charging the get away driver in a bank robbery, for not wearing a seat belt.
Bad Dawg 2/25/2013 1:30:37 PM ReportNimrod... its a shame we pick up all the medical bills for idiots like this. I say if you do something stupid and need medical attention, then you should pay for it. Healthcare should be for responsible people..... this guy is just too stupid!!!!
Ricatoni 2/25/2013 2:24:58 PM ReportIt should be your own choice!!!!!!! helmets that is .....to many laws in this freakin country canada.......If you dont want to wear one you shouldnt have to.........however you will have to have insurance for that.LOL... insurance companys will love that premium....Its your own choice in many of the states in the good old USA........Just sayin.......
Canada is to conservative..........................................................Harpo..........
soothunderbird 2/25/2013 3:31:44 PM ReportYes the good old USA. Those 20 kids that got shot because of your NRA faggot non-restricted gunning laws will never get a choice to do anything....
BlackHelix 2/25/2013 4:43:33 PM Report"Canada is to conservative..........................................................Harpo.........."
Reading this is kind of what it would be like if you could hear a 6yr's thoughts. Oh Oh Oh I can play too!!!
Banana ummmmmm..........Yellow!!!!
Stugatzu 2/25/2013 5:35:07 PM ReportIf you want helmets to be a choice... you should be willing to waive any type of disability compensation from the government... and us.. the tax payers.
I'm sure I speak for a lot of Canadian tax payers when I say that we do not support handing out disability cheques to someone that elected not to wear head protection... sustained a serious head trauma.. and is forever mentally injured.
Sorry.. we don't play that game. You want to spill your pumpkin seeds all over the damn highway because you don't look cool wearing a bucket... have at it. Make sure you have all your medical and personal living arrangements taken care of -- you shouldn't be getting assistance from the province or country for a bad decision you made.
blackspruce 2/26/2013 7:13:33 AM ReportSo glad Canada is more Conservative sounds like we got too many people that must be told how to protect themselves wearing your helmet is for your own safety with the speeds our machines pushout we are lucky there is not more rules
