Michael threatens to hire someone to beat up someone else

51 year old Michael Butt of no fixed address will be appearing in bail court this morning.
It is alleged that on the 16th of February the accused uttered a threat to a female to hire someone to beat up a female who is known to her.
The accused was on conditions not to molest, harass or physically interfere with the woman he was threatening to have beaten up.
He is charged with threatening and breach of a release document.

He might even be able to use it to his defence. Maybe he grew up with bullying and name calling and having his name made fun of and that will come out in the court.
