Seedy Saturday returns to Sault Ste. Marie for the sixth time Saturday, March 2 in Sault College's Essar Hall ("M" wing).

This annual event brings together gardeners, farmers, seed savers and others who are passionate about gardening, food security and the environment.

This year's event runs from 10 a.m. to  3 p.m.

Highlight of the day will be the Seed Exchange which allows participants to swap seeds with others or buy heritage, open-pollinated and unusual varieties from vendors.

Vendors, children's activities, presentations/speakers, demonstrations/workshops and refreshments will be available all day.

For more information, contact Suzanne Hanna 705-7592893 or Laura Wyper 705-253-1951.

Admission will be by donation.

The event is co-hosted by the Sault Ste. Marie Horticultural Society, Clean North, Seeds of Diversity and Sault College.
